About the event
The workshop will cover: thresholds to apply (the law not what you're told) and how, what reports/evidence you need, the process and timelines, types of appeal, local policy vs the law. A brief section on Annual Reviews and the key elements to a good EHCP. There will also be an opportunity when booking onto the workshop, to pose a question and hopefully it will be answered on the evening, and there will be a general Q & A session.
